FinalGuitar is a small, independent site — a real person reads the email that comes in. If you’ve got a question about one of the tools, spotted a bug, or think a result looks off, this is the way to reach us.
Write to support@finalguitar.com. There’s no ticketing system and no guaranteed reply window — we read everything and answer as we’re able to.
What’s useful to include
- Which tool you’re asking about — the String Tension Calculator, Guitar Setup Calculator, Practice Schedule Builder, BPM Tempo Trainer, Fretboard Note Trainer, or Chord Progression Generator — and the numbers you entered, if something looked wrong.
- Your browser and device, for anything that looks broken rather than just wrong.
- Which article, or which Learn or museumentry, if it’s a content correction.
What we can’t do
We can’t give personal setup, repair, or purchasing advice for your specific instrument — a guitar technician or luthier who can actually see and handle it will serve you far better than an email exchange. Everything on the tools and in the guides is general information, not professional instruction.
